Experience:  She has been a Rite Aid associate for 19 years, beginning her employment as a cashier and working her way up to the position of Store Manager.  It is through the experience of working within this company that she has gained the knowledge and skills necessary to perform her job and understand the processes and priorities of this high volume store.
